1. The testing program
- Anvric is currently offered to a limited set of invited testers and is provided free of charge during this program.
- There is no coin balance, prepaid currency, subscription, or charge while the app is in this testing program. If we introduce paid features later, we will tell you clearly before anything costs you money.
- Because this is early-access software, features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Access is by invitation; we may limit or revoke access during the testing program.
3. Your content
- You retain ownership of the content you add to your Vault. We do not claim ownership of it.
- You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — for example, to process a query, sync data you choose to sync, or host a Slice you choose to publish.
- You are responsible for having the rights to the content you add and, especially, to anything you publish.
4. Publishing to the Garden
- Publishing a Slice is always your choice. When you publish, you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.
- You may unpublish a Slice at any time, which removes it from the Garden.
- No payments, payouts, or revenue shares are offered during the free testing program. Any future marketplace economics will be described in separate terms you can review before opting in.
5. AI outputs
Anvric uses third-party AI models to generate answers. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for how you use any output.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Anvric to generate malicious code, conduct attacks, or break the law.
- Do not upload or publish content you do not have the rights to, including others' copyrighted material.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or to disrupt the service.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the app except where that right cannot be excluded by law (see the EULA).
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvric and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service during the testing program.
9. Termination
You may stop using Anvric at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we end the testing program. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; we will update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. The governing law and venue will be specified on publication. Questions: legal@anvric.com.
